Jo's Story

Hi my name is Jo. I am 15 now and will be 16 next month.  I've been coming to Family Life Crisis Pregnancy Centre for a year.  My little daughter is 7 months old now and I came to the Centre when I was 2 months pregnant.  I enjoy coming to the 'Mothers Group' because I don't get out much and it gives me the chance to catch up with the friends that I have made here.

When I first started coming there weren't a lot of Mothers that came but our little group has grown and there are a lot more Mothers with their babies or they are expecting babies.  The house is like a second home to me.  They have made me very welcome.

During my pregnancy they were very supportive and caring to me.  Even after my pregnancy they still support me.  Family Life Crisis Pregnancy Centre is a warm and loving place for expectant Mothers of my age to come to and join in and make great friends just like me.
